This website provides general information about Gray Haus Tech services. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or replace the terms in a signed project proposal.

Project terms

Scope, pricing, payment schedule, ownership, timing, and support are defined in the proposal and agreement for each project. If those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement controls.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client project ownership is handled separately in the signed project agreement.
